What it is
IMO DCS (Data Collection System) is the global counterpart to EU MRV. Operators submit annual fuel-consumption data through the flag state to IMO GISIS. That data feeds the CII rating system.Who it applies to
Cargo, RoPax, and cruise ships 5,000 GT and above trading internationally — under MARPOL Annex VI, Regulation 27.What gets reported
Annual roll-ups per ship:- Fuel consumption by type (in tonnes)
- Distance travelled (NM)

- Identification: IMO number, name, flag, type, capacity (DWT or GT)
What the platform generates
A IMO DCS Report containing:- Vessel identification and particulars (name, IMO, flag, type, DWT, GT)
